Consulting Services (IT or Legal) are provided based on the agreed scope. Additional requests may require a new agreement or subscription.
Digital Goods & Software are delivered electronically and licensed for your personal or business use only (no resale or redistribution).
You are responsible for ensuring correct details (email, billing, scheduling) during checkout.
Misuse of our services (fraud, unlawful activity, abuse) may result in termination.
Celemark reserves the right to refuse service if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

We collect only necessary data (name, email, billing, company info) to provide services.
Data is never sold; it is shared only with secure processors (e.g., Stripe) or as required by law.
Transactions are encrypted and stored with industry-standard security.

Consulting Services (Hourly/One-Time):
- Non-refundable once delivered.
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we will reschedule or refund.
Subscription Retainers:
- You may cancel anytime.
- Already billed months are non-refundable, but no further charges will occur.
Digital Products (e.g., templates, software, reports):
- Non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
- If a file is corrupted or inaccessible, we will provide a working replacement.
Request Period: All refund/cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or booking.

Consulting: Delivered online (Zoom, Google Meet, or agreed platform) at the scheduled time.
Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email or customer portal access after payment.
Subscriptions: Renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled.
Delays: In rare cases (fraud checks, system errors), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
